REPORT ON STEM FEST - PRIMARY

HFSI CAIE Primary - STEM Fest

In an endeavor to develop logical and critical thinking skills in our learners, the STEM fest at HFSI CAIE Primary proved to be an excellent platform for learning and understanding things from the perspective of the real world.

It was not only teaching of one subject but rather an amalgamation of all four: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math as a comprehensive one.

The hands-on STEM activities, like making and learning about habitats of birds and sea creatures, the solar system, learning the science of sound by making a microphone, making a volcano model, creating a quiz board etc. were conducted in the class.

The learners used their creativity to design and build their own 3D models and dioramas utilizing various materials and were all proud to show off their creations.

The STEM fest was a fantastic opportunity for our students from CAIE Grades 1-5 to explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and math in a fun and engaging way. It was also a great way to promote curiosity, creativity, and innovation.
