We had a dream to give back to society the chance for a complete life. We had a dream to give to our children the childhood that they deserved. We had a dream to make our children confident in themselves and the world around them. We had a dream that our children would dare to dream of a better tomorrow.
At the core of all my teaching endeavors is a maxim drawn from a Latin principle that roughly translates we learn not for school, but for life. My approach to teaching hinges on a deep regard for this transformative power of education in turning students into responsive and responsible citizens and principled human beings. I also place great emphasis by the pedagogical principle of docendo discimus the idea that ͞we learn from teaching.
Skilled in the design of challenging and innovative activities that address the diverse needs and interests of students as well as align to core standards, I am a self-directed educator who can attest to the joys of emphasizing the relevance of studied material outside the ambit of the classroom. The teacher-student relationship, thus formed, is the only real truth of life. I also collaborate with all staff members in order to bolster motivation at work and improve team efficiency.
School is not all about acquiring degrees and marks. It has much more to offer and beyond. Creativity, Activity and Service along with academics put together make one accomplish all the dreams.

Binaifer Gagrat comes with a rich pedagogical experience, gained by, working with prominent International Schools and teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds and nationalities. She has contributed towards curriculum development on a regular basis and has also headed and participated in the various committees set up for IB and CIS authorization and reviews.
She is dedicated towards fostering a positive and collaborative school community by encouraging students to be life long learners and also caring and socially responsible participants, both in the community and in the larger world.
