Children’s Day at HFSI was celebrated with great enthusiasm on Monday, 14th November 2022. As part of the celebration, the young minds at HFSI Primary presented a fashion show. The theme was ‘Sustainable Fashion’ and the objective of the event was to spread awareness about various ways to reduce the use of plastic and learn the importance of eco-friendly practices. The event was organized by the parent members of the Class Representative Association.

The young participants came up with unique ideas to reduce, reuse and recycle things around them. They took the opportunity to enlighten that a single thing can be used in many different ways. The learners were adorably dressed in eco-friendly attire and were extremely excited to showcase their talent on the stage. The beautiful eye-catching colours of creativity were seen on the dresses presented by the students.

The creativity of learners was much appreciated by the judges and faculty members as the young models walked over the ramp with much grace and confidence. The winners were announced by the judges at the end of the event and participation certificates were given to all the participants. Overall the event was a great initiative by HFSI to boost the confidence of students and teach them the value of preserving the environment.
