BONDING WITH OUR DEAR PRINCIPAL

GRADE 1 LEARNERS BOND WITH THEIR PRINCIPAL

We at HFSI believe that “A school becomes a child’s second home and teachers are their second mother”. To enhance this special bond towards our dear Principal ma’am, and as an extension of the GP lesson, a virtual “INTERVIEW SESSION WITH THE PRINCIPAL” was organised on August 10, 2021 in grade 1.

The informal bonding session between the learners of grade 1 and Principal Ma’am was undoubtedly an absolute delight to watch. Learners tried to better understand their Principal and asked her various questions ranging from her favourite food, color, where was she born to how it felt like being the Principal of a school. All the questions were answered patiently and with poise by Ma’am. Learners looked both delighted and excited as they also shared some of their thoughts and plans in exchange with their beloved Principal.

The all-important question, “When can we start coming to school?” was wonderfully addressed by Ma’am, by sharing the preparedness of welcoming them at the earliest. She counselled the learners to be safe at all times by following the COVID protocols and hoped to get back on track with the new normal.

With Independence Day and long weekend around the corner, Ma’am asked learners' of their special plans, and also suggested making flags and giving them to their near and dear ones. The Slogan of “Jai Hind” was shouted out, thus creating a patriotic vibe amongst the young learners.

The session ended with an assurance from the Principal to enhance this bond with a storytelling session soon. Our little ones are grateful to have such a fun loving Principal and look up to her for all future endeavours.
