STUDENT LED FAMILY CONFERENCE – A NEW INITIATIVE

A PARENT TEACHER MEET with a twist

This year, HFSI Primary introduced a new and refreshing twist to the regular Parent Teacher Meet. The session was replaced with SLFC (Student Led Family Conference) - a SLFC is a platform where the students analyse upon their learnings, and take ownership of their skill developments and accomplishments for the academic year.

The conferences were conducted across grades 1- 5 on the 15th and 16th of April.

The young primary learners beautifully rendered their reflections and confidently spoke about their goals for the upcoming year. They advocated their learnings in detail citing appropriate anecdotes.

Parents were both startled and thrilled with the way our learners confidently presented their learnings. The overwhelming change was well accepted and appreciated by all the parents. Kudos!! to the students for putting up a fantastic show and making HFSI proud.
