STUDENT LED CONFERENCE REPORT

‘The littlest voices have the biggest things to say.’

We at HFSI believe that our students should creatively be involved in their learning process. Keeping this in mind, the Student Led Conference, an initiative by learners of HFSI CAIE Primary was conducted on 18th April 2023. The learners of CAIE Primary grades 1 to 5 became leaders of their own learning and presented their progress throughout the year. They demonstrated responsibility for their overall performance by providing a brief review with an insight of their strengths and goals.

A collection of activities that students did in school was demonstrated before the parents. Learners planned, prepared, and organised their teams and spoke about both academic subjects and non-academic events. An open question-answer session was held between the learners and parents towards the end. The confidence was visible in all the students as they answered the questions independently.

This conference further enhanced the communication skills in all our young learners, developed their critical thinking and persuasion skills. The event was undoubtedly a great success with smiling students and satisfied parents. Head of School, Mrs Kalyani Patnaik appreciated the great efforts put up by all the students.
